Blue Prince Achievements — All 42 Triggers

Blue Prince has 42 Steam achievements (also on GOG and PS5 trophy list). Of those, 34 are visible in the achievement window and 8 are hidden. The hidden ones tend to be major story or secret-room triggers.   • The Standard Heir — Standard Ending (reach Room 46 and accept inheritance).
  • The Forgotten — Forgotten Wing Ending (Chapel Day 7 + Forgotten Tear).
  • The Wanderer — Outer Ending (visit all 6 outer rooms then walk past gate).
  • The True Heir — True Ending (all 3 above on one save, then post-credits).
  • Forever — NG+ Forever Ending (clear True Ending in Permadeath).

  • Sanctum Found — Draft and enter the Sanctum (0.4% room rate).
  • One Way Out — Complete a run without using a Bedroom (sleep at Garden bench instead).

Recommended Chase Order

Most efficient order to clear achievements across 2-3 saves:

Save 1: Standard run (target 25-30 achievements)

  1. Story 5/5 (auto on reaching Room 46).
  2. Puzzles 8-10/12 (skip Permadeath-only ones).
  3. Items 5-7/8 (Trophy and Sapphire counts may need a second run).
  4. Endings: Standard. Maybe Forgotten or Outer if route allows.
  5. Hidden 3-4/8 (Architect, Cousin, Eighth Formula, Listen to Walls).

Save 2: Permadeath (target 6-8 achievements)

  1. Iron Heir (Permadeath clear).
  2. Speed Demon (under 30 days — Permadeath usually meets this).
  3. Hidden achievements not unlocked on Save 1.
  4. Black Letter, Forgotten Name (require Day 11+, so plan for long Permadeath run).

Save 3: NG+ True/Forever ending

  1. The True Heir (requires Save 1 + Save 2 to seed NG+).
  2. Forever (Permadeath True Ending NG+).
  3. The Coat Returns (endgame trigger).
  4. Mt. Holly Forever (refuse inheritance — branches the post-game).

Most Missable Achievements

  • The Letter — read uncle's letter in Study. Easy to skip if you don't draft Study early.
  • Star Reader — must identify all 12 constellations across multiple Observatory visits. Track them with a Camera item.
  • Cousin's Confession — all 7 letters; one appears on Day 8 only.
  • The Black Letter — Maid relationship matters; don't ignore her or steal in Commissary.
  • Sanctum Found — single 0.4% room. Could take 100+ days of runs to see naturally.

Achievements FAQ

Do achievements carry across saves? Yes. Achievements are per-account (Steam/GOG/PSN), not per-save. Unlocking one on Save 1 keeps it for Save 2.
Can I unlock achievements offline? Yes. They sync when you next go online.
Is 100% achievable in one save? Theoretically yes for everything except Speed Demon (under 30 days) and Forever (NG+ from Permadeath True). Practical 100% needs 2-3 saves.
Are there hidden achievements not listed here? As of v1.2.4, no. Datamining confirms 42 total. Any post-launch DLC may add more.
